NovProxy sells residential proxies in two forms that you can buy as activation codes (CDKs). Traffic Plan codes add gigabytes of rotating or sticky residential traffic. Short-Term Residential IP codes add a number of IPs that you pick from a pool by country, city or ASN. Both are redeemed in the same box in the NovProxy dashboard, then set up from different menus.

NovProxy works entirely from the web dashboard linked at the top of novproxy.com. Its help center lists no desktop app, so there is nothing to download. The sign-up link in this guide uses 27Proxy's NovProxy referral code.

NovProxy says Traffic Plan data never expires, so a GB code can be redeemed now and used over several months. Short-term IPs are counted when you extract them; NovProxy's pricing page lists "no extraction, no charges".

How to redeem a NovProxy CDK

Step 1

Sign in to the dashboard

Log in at novproxy.com and open the Dashboard, or sign up at novproxy.com if you don't have an account yet. The Home page shows a card for each plan with its current balance.

Step 2

Paste the code into CDK Redemption

On Home, the CDK Redemption box sits on the right. Paste your code into the field and select Redeem. The same box accepts Traffic Plan and Short-Term Residential IP codes.

Step 3

Check the balance

GB codes are added to the Traffic Plan balance and IP codes to the Short-Term Residential IP balance. If the redemption succeeds but the balance has not changed, refresh the page.

The CDK Redemption box on the NovProxy dashboard Home page.

You can also redeem from Cdkey in the left menu: paste the code under Please Enter CDKey and select Redeem. Its Exchange details tab lists the codes you have redeemed. The same page can turn your own balance into new codes (Generate), which is useful for passing traffic or IPs to a teammate.

Where redeemed codes appear: the Traffic Plan balance in GB and the Short-Term Residential IP balance in IPs.

Set up Traffic Plan (GB) proxies

Traffic Plan proxies are set up under Dynamic Residential → Account and password mode. API model and Data Overview sit in the same menu.

Step 4

Choose the location and session type

Pick the country and, if you need it, the state and city. Then choose Rotating IP, which uses a new IP for every request, or Sticky IP, which keeps the same IP for the time you set, up to 120 minutes, and then switches to another IP with the same settings.

Step 5

Choose the forwarding server and username

Select a forwarding server (host name and port) and the username. NovProxy recommends a server close to the website you are visiting or close to you.

Step 6

Test the connection

The page shows a test command. Run it in Command Prompt or Terminal; it should return a residential IP from the location you chose.

Step 7

Copy the proxy into your tool

Copy the host, port, username and password into any browser, script or app that supports HTTP or SOCKS5 proxies, or generate a ready-made proxy string to paste into an antidetect browser.

You can prepare several configurations for different locations or tasks. NovProxy only charges for traffic that actually passes through them.

Sub-accounts

For teams or separate projects, create sub-accounts and give each a share of your traffic. Passwords must be 6 to 22 characters with letters and numbers, and the traffic you allocate cannot exceed your remaining balance. A sub-account is then selected through the username option on the setup page.

Set up Short-Term Residential IPs

Short-term IPs are set up under Short-Term Residential IP, either in Account and password mode or API model.

Step 8

Filter the IP pool

In Account and password mode, choose the country or region, state or province, city and ASN, then select Query IP Pool. The list shows the IPs that match.

Step 9

Extract IPs

Select Extract next to one IP, or tick several and select Batch Extract. Each extracted IP counts against your IP balance.

Step 10

Copy from the Usage List

Extracted IPs appear in the Usage List. Choose a format and select Copy. When an IP expires it disappears from the list.

For scripts, API model builds an extraction link instead: choose the country, state, output format, starting port and quantity, select Generate URL, and copy the link.

Short-term IPs suit work that needs a known number of addresses, such as one IP per browser profile. Before you assign an IP, you can check its reputation as shown in Scamalytics fraud score: how to check a proxy IP.

Use NovProxy in an antidetect browser

NovProxy publishes setup guides for AdsPower, Dolphin Anty, BitBrowser, Hubstudio, Lalicat, Undetectable and Xlogin. The steps are nearly the same in each:

  1. Create a new browser profile.
  2. Add a new proxy and choose HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5.
  3. Enter the host, port, username and password from NovProxy, or paste the generated proxy string.
  4. Run the browser's connection check (Check connection in Dolphin Anty, Check IP in AdsPower), then save the profile.

For a sticky Traffic Plan session or a short-term IP, one profile keeps one IP for the session length, which is what a logged-in session needs.

FAQ

Where do I enter a NovProxy CDK?

In the CDK Redemption box on the dashboard Home page, or on the Cdkey page in the left menu. Both accept Traffic Plan and Short-Term Residential IP codes.

My NovProxy code was redeemed but the balance did not change. What now?

Refresh the page. NovProxy notes that a successful redemption is sometimes credited a moment later. The Exchange details tab on the Cdkey page shows whether the code was redeemed.

Does NovProxy traffic expire?

NovProxy says Traffic Plan data never expires. Short-term IPs work differently: each extracted IP is usable for a limited time, and NovProxy's help center says the Usage List stops showing an IP once it has expired.

Does NovProxy need an app?

No. Everything runs from the web dashboard, and the proxies work in any tool that supports HTTP or SOCKS5.

Can I redeem a Long-Term Static ISP or Unlimited plan with a CDK?

No. The redemption box supports Traffic Plan and Short-Term Residential IP codes only. 27Proxy sells NovProxy GB codes and NovProxy IP codes; other providers' codes are listed under residential GB plans and residential IP plans.
