How 27Proxy handles your data.

27Proxy (“we”, “us”) sells activation codes (CDKs) and proxies on 27proxy.com and in our Telegram bot. This policy covers the personal data we handle on both. Our Terms of Service describe the rules for using 27Proxy.

• Email accounts: your email address, name, password (stored only as a hash), and whether your email address is verified.
• Google sign-in: your Google account ID and the verified email address Google provides.
• Telegram bot accounts: your Telegram user ID and username.
• Sign-in and security data: your current and previous sign-in IP address, last sign-in time, browser user agent, and a log of sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts, and email verification events.
• Orders: the items you buy, their prices, discounts, the coupon used, the payment method, the IP address and browser user agent used to create the order, and the codes delivered to you. For proxies bought in the Telegram bot, we also keep the options you chose and the proxy’s connection details, stored encrypted.
• Payment evidence: Binance transaction IDs, payment screenshots you upload (stored privately), and the payer details that Binance payment history returns, such as the payer name, which we use to match your payment.
• Wallet: your wallet balance, wallet transactions, and top-ups.
• Affiliate program: which affiliate referred your account, if any. If you are an affiliate, the accounts you referred are shown to you only as masked email addresses and join dates.
• Support: the messages you send to our support team.

The website stores the following in your browser’s local storage:

• your sign-in session token;
• your cart;
• your light or dark theme preference;
• a referral token, kept for 30 days, if you opened a referral link;
• which homepage promotion you have already seen;
• a reminder to verify a newly registered email address, and a reference to a top-up in progress so it is not created twice.

We do not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If you choose Google sign-in, the sign-in button is loaded from Google, and Google handles that step under its own privacy policy.

• To provide your account, orders, payments, and delivery of codes and proxies.
• To match and verify payments, including checking our Binance account for your payment.
• To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure. For example, when a referrer and a buyer share an IP address, the purchase may be flagged for our team to review. A flag does not block the purchase automatically.
• To answer support requests.
• To send service emails, such as email verification and password reset messages.

We do not sell personal data. These service providers process data for us:

• Hosting and database: to run the website, the Telegram bot, and our database.
• Email delivery: to send account emails such as email verification and password reset.
• Binance: we read our own Binance account’s payment history to match your payment.
• Telegram: to deliver bot messages. Payment proof submitted for review is posted to a private chat that only our team can access.
• Image storage: to host product images.

We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or when it is needed to prevent fraud.

• IP addresses and browser user agents recorded on orders and sign-ins are kept indefinitely for security and fraud review.
• Order, payment, and wallet records are kept for your purchase history and for accounting.
• Payment screenshots are kept as private payment evidence.

• Passwords are stored only as hashes.
• Activation codes are encrypted at rest.
• Payment screenshots are never public. Only our team can view them.

You can view your account and order data in your dashboard, or in the Telegram bot for bot accounts. To update or delete your account, contact support. Some records are kept after deletion, as described under Retention.

We may update this policy. Updates are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
