Common questions
When do my codes appear?
After payment is confirmed. Wallet orders usually complete right away; some codes take a few minutes. Binance Pay and BEP-20 USDT orders complete when the payment is found automatically or when our team approves your payment proof.
Where do I find my codes?
Open Orders in your account, select the order, then select Show code.
How do Binance payments work?
When a payment is checked automatically, you get an exact USDT amount (for example 5.003 USDT) and 15 minutes to send it. Send exactly that amount, then select I Paid. A payment sent after the timer ends or for a different amount is not matched automatically: contact support with your transaction ID. The Terms of Service explain how these payments are handled.
Can I withdraw my wallet balance?
No. Wallet balance is store credit for orders on this site and cannot be withdrawn.
Do you sell on Telegram?
Yes. You can buy the same codes through our Telegram bot, @i27ProxyBot. Mobile and residential proxies are sold only there, in the bot's proxy mode.
