The rules for using 27Proxy.

27Proxy (“we”, “us”) runs the website 27proxy.com and a Telegram bot. By creating an account, placing an order, or topping up your wallet on either, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use 27Proxy.

We sell activation codes (CDKs) for third-party proxy providers on 27proxy.com and in our Telegram bot, @i27ProxyBot. We are an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by these providers, and their names and trademarks belong to their owners.

You redeem a code on the provider’s own website, and your use of the provider’s service is governed by the provider’s terms. The provider’s service availability, features, and pricing are outside our control.

The Telegram bot also sells mobile and residential proxies in its proxy mode. These proxies are sold only in the Telegram bot; see Proxies bought in the Telegram bot.

• On the website you can sign up with an email address and password, or sign in with Google.
• Email accounts must verify their email address before placing orders.
• The Telegram bot uses your Telegram account. Website and Telegram bot accounts are separate: they cannot be linked or merged, and their wallet balances and orders are not shared.
• Keep your password and sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Contact support promptly if you think someone else has accessed it.
• One website account and one Telegram bot account per person. Creating additional accounts, for example to farm coupons or referral commissions, is prohibited.

• Prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Prices may change; the price shown at checkout is the price for that order.
• You can pay with Wallet, Binance Pay, BEP-20 USDT, or Litecoin (LTC) when these options are shown at checkout.
• For automatic Binance payments, we show you an exact USDT amount. It can include an extra fraction of a cent so we can identify your payment. Send exactly that amount within the 15-minute payment window, then select I Paid. We check Binance automatically. If we cannot find your payment, we ask you for payment proof: the transaction ID or a screenshot.
• Send BEP-20 USDT on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20) only, to the address shown at checkout. USDT sent on another network may not reach us and may not be recoverable.
• For Litecoin, we convert the USD total to an exact LTC amount at the Binance LTC/USDT price and hold that amount for the 15-minute payment window. Send exactly that amount of LTC on the Litecoin network only, to the address shown at checkout. We credit the USD total shown at checkout.
• Payments sent after the payment window ends, for a different amount, or on the wrong network are not matched automatically. Contact support with the transaction ID. If we confirm the funds arrived, we credit them to your wallet balance.
• Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically, and any codes reserved for them are released.
• Payment proof you submit is reviewed by our team. Submitting false or altered proof leads to suspension of your account.

After your payment is confirmed, your codes appear on the Orders page of your dashboard, or in the Telegram bot for orders placed there. Most codes are available immediately; some take a few minutes. If delivery cannot finish automatically, our team completes it.

Keep delivered codes private. Anyone who has a code can redeem it.

• Your wallet balance is store credit. You can use it only for purchases on 27Proxy, on the website or in the Telegram bot account that holds it.
• Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.
• The minimum top-up is $0.20. Add funds uses Binance Pay, BEP-20 USDT, or Litecoin under the payment rules above.

If a delivered code does not work, contact support with your order ID and a screenshot of the error within 1 hour of delivery. After we verify the issue with the provider, we replace the code with one for the same product. If no replacement is available, we credit the price of the code to your wallet balance.

Reports made after that time, codes that have already been redeemed or used, and problems caused by redeeming a code on the wrong account or service are not eligible. Refunds are made to your wallet balance only, never to the original payment method.

• Mobile and residential proxies are supplied by a third-party provider. They may become unavailable or go down.
• We recommend testing a proxy with a short duration before buying a longer one.
• Changes to a proxy’s location, password, or connection type depend on availability.
• A renewal extends your existing proxy.
• If the provider rejects a purchase, the amount is refunded to your wallet balance automatically.
• If a proxy never worked, contact support. We review these cases individually.

Coupons are subject to their validity dates, usage limits, minimum order amount, and maximum discount. You can use one coupon per order. We may change or withdraw a coupon at any time. If a coupon is abused, we may void the discount.

• Your referral link is shown in your affiliate dashboard, or on the Referral screen in the Telegram bot. Only new accounts that sign up through your link within 30 days of opening it are attributed to you. Existing accounts are not attributed, and attribution cannot be changed afterward.
• Referring yourself is not allowed.
• You earn a commission on completed purchases by accounts you referred: on shop orders, on the amount paid after discounts; on Telegram proxy purchases, on the proxy price. Rates are shown in your affiliate dashboard or on the bot’s Referral screen, and we may change them.
• Commissions are held for 5 days. After that, once at least $2 is available, you can request to move them to your wallet balance. Each request is approved by our team.
• Earnings are paid as wallet credit only.
• We may void commissions for abuse, and we may pause or end the affiliate program.

You must not:

• use proxies or codes for spam, fraud, attacks (including DDoS), unauthorised access to systems or accounts, or any illegal activity;
• sell or resell stolen codes;
• commit chargeback fraud or any other payment fraud.

We may freeze or suspend an account, cancel orders, or void commissions and coupons in cases of fraud or abuse, including fake payment proof or stolen funds, abuse of support claims or the affiliate program, multiple accounts, or prohibited use. Frozen accounts are reviewed by our team.

27Proxy is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. The website or Telegram bot may be unavailable during maintenance or outages. Products, stock, prices, and payment methods may change or be withdrawn at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for outages, changes, or discontinuation of third-party providers’ services, or for how you use the proxies and codes you buy. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order the claim relates to.

We may update these terms. Updates are posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of 27Proxy after an update means you accept the updated terms.
